This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at jcdavispower.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

This Site is informational and does not sell products or process payments online. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information for money.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests (know, delete, correct).

We will respond to your request within 45 days, as permitted by law, and will notify you if additional time is needed. There is no charge for processing a verifiable consumer request, unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, provided we receive proof of that authorization.

We will honor your opt-out choice for at least 12 months before requesting that you reconsider.
